PRODUCING THE SERIES 3 BODY PROBLEM

The series consists of a series of distinct narratives spanning decades and generations.

But at its core, the series is a gripping tale of how the sins of humanity’s past shape its future.

In a world rocked by a disturbing wave of mysterious suicides, Special Intelligence Officer Clarence Shea (Wang Group) and a team of researchers are plunged into a race to save the planet from destruction.

As a former MI5 and Scotland Yard agent, Clarence is no stranger to shadowy alien conspiracies.

While he is far removed from the world of theoretical physics and materials engineering.

Meanwhile, scientist Jin Cheng (Jess Hong) is also venturing into uncharted territory, trying to figure out what is happening to his peers and why experiments involving particle accelerators are going wrong.

Today’s panic forces Jin to reconnect with his four best friends at university and bring the dynamics of the “Oxford Five” closer together to create a never-ending universe.

Given the complex structure of Liu’s books, it’s no surprise that the Netflix versions have been simplified to a more linear form.

It makes for a Lost in a Mystery-style mystery alongside Clarence.

Responding to social media criticism of the race changes, Wang, one of the actors in the Three-Body Problem series, said that Liu had allowed the creators to push the story towards a global story.

The series’ Asian actors also said that Netflix’s adaptation retained the depiction of the Cultural Revolution and its legacy in the novel.

They said that the adaptation sought to follow a global story that was heavily Easternized rather than a little more to one side.
